Location.

No housekeeping!

The hotel was fine, the service there was not. Left my room at noon on my second day there - and housekeeping never came by to tidy the room. I didn't get back to the room till after 10pm, and was told by the front desk person, and the manager on duty that (and I'll quote) if your do not disturb sign is on your room at 6am, then housekeeping will pass you by and not service your room. Nice lobby, and a clean tub.

It was noticeable that it was refurbished, not as clean around the edges as it should have been.

The halls were dingy, and the rooms needed more attention to cleaning around the walls especially in the bathroom. I chose a three star to have a clean place and didn't feel this was a three star hotel. The lobby area seemed nice. ...read more

Flat screen TV; nice lobby.

Very dirty in room & bathroom - found bug in bed!

Back entry full of debris, leaves and cigarette butts. Hall carpet had big spots; room doors were filthy. Room was filthy - furniture was very dusty and even TV screen was dirty! Dried toothpaste on bathroom floor. I wiped everything down with wipes. Was laying on bed watching TV and a big black bug crawled on my leg. ...read more
